Christine Lemons, President of CAM Construction Services, Inc. is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in Architectural Engineering and Construction Management. Christine directs the business development efforts for the company, provides leadership for successful Construction and Management services, manages new business opportunities, maintains customer relationships and provides quality control throughout the entire construction & management process. Through the utilization of her field experience and knowledge of technology tools she is able to suggest timely and more efficient ways to achieve desired goals. She is the Certified General Contractor License holder, A LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional, Holds an OSHA 30 Hour Certification and is a Graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay.
Christine brings 20 years of senior level construction management skills to the corporation and has held senior level construction management positions with some of the largest development and construction companies. In her career, Christine has managed over 12 million square feet of construction projects including office building shells, tenant improvements, high-rise buildings, condominiums, apartment complexes, warehouses, churches, fire stations, retail centers (big box/white/black) and industrial facilities. In her roles she was an excellent administrator, estimator, team leader and project facilitator. Christine has managed several significant and notable projects in the Tampa Bay area prior to starting CAM Construction Services, Inc. Notable clients include Crescent Resources, Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, Target, Carlton Fields, Southwest Bell, AT&T, John P. Harland Company, Hillsborough County Schools, Tampa Port Authority and Daytona Beach Community College.

Michael Lemons, Vice President of CAM Construction Services, Inc. directs the day to day field operation efforts for the company. He also provides leadership in the field for successful construction services, manages new business opportunities, maintains customer satisfaction, provides quality and safety control throughout the entire construction process. He has over 2500 logged training hours and holds an OSHA 30 Hour Certification.
Through the utilization of his extensive field experience, Mike brings over 30 years of senior level field management skills to the corporation. In his career, Michael has supervised over 15 million square feet of construction projects including waste water treatment plants, airport facilities, parking decks, shopping malls, retail facilities, tenant improvements, theme parks, schools, call/switch centers, site infrastructure/utilities, office buildings and power distribution facilities. In his roles he was an excellent scheduler, coordinator of building control & layout, meeting conductor, assurance of highest quality workmanship and formation & implementation of safety practices and procedures. Michael has supervised several significant and notable projects in the Tampa Bay area prior to starting CAM Construction Services, Inc. with his wife, Christine. Notable clients include Macy’s, Federated Department Stores, Burdines, Mills Corporation, Pasco & Pinellas County Schools, Tampa International Airport, Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, USAA, AT&T, United Health Care, Disney World and Busch Gardens.
